WHOM DO I CONTACT FOR SUPPORT?

We have you covered! Please contact either the distributor you purchased the machine from or MegaPlot directly. In either case, you will be provided with the best and quickest tech support possible.
 
 

WHAT ABOUT THE WARRANTY?

Unless otherwise agreed with us or one of our distributors, all our hot wire EPS foam cutters come with the complete 5-year warranty (EXW, ex-works). Other equipment, depending on type and configuration, is covered with standard 12-24 months warranty. Please contact us for details.
 
 

WHAT ABOUT THE INSTALL AND TRAINING?

This is completely up to you. Most of the machines we manufacture can be self-installed with our remote assistance and the manuals we provide. We can of course also fly a technician to perform the install on site. Additionally all our distributors offer installation, training and local support services throughout the world. WHAT PAYMENT TERMS DO YOU OFFER?

Typically customers prepay 30% of the machine value at time of order, with the 70% balance due prior to shipment. If a wire transfer is not possible or acceptable, we also accept Letters of Credits, PayPal, etc. Please contact our sales dept. for discuss details.
 
 

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL LEAD TIME?

The majority of standard orders are completed within 3-4 weeks of the order date. The precise lead time will be confirmed at time of order. 
 
 

DO YOU ALSO OFFER CUTTING SERVICES?

As a rule - no, as we simply do not wish to compete with our own customers. We will be more than happy to cut a sample or two for you, but for any regular cutting jobs we will get you in touch with one of our customers from your area.
